Arrival Information
Navarro ISD cordially invites you to join us in celebrating the remarkable achievements of the Class of 2026 at our annual graduation ceremony! We look forward to welcoming you to Erwin-Lee Stadium as we honor these accomplished students and embrace the cherished traditions of our Navarro community. This webpage contains all the essential information to help you and your family fully enjoy this momentous occasion. We look forward to a memorable event.
Graduates will report to the Junior High Gym (former Event Center) by 7:00pm. Seniors are encouraged to come early for priority parking in their designated spot one last time.
Stadium Gates Open at 7:00pm
Ceremony Begins at 8:00pm
For your planning, please reference the map below for parking areas, handicap accessibility, and designated stadium entries. Entry gates are circled on both the north and south home side gates, as well as the north side visitor gate.
Seating will be open on both the home and visitor side bleachers.
Our law enforcement partners with Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office will be assisting with safety and compliance of all students, staff and guests.
For the safety and comfort of our elderly guests and those at risk of overheating, the former high school cafeteria will be an air-conditioned space to comfortably view the graduation livestream.
Parking and Entry

Stadium Rules
To ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all our graduates and their guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following visitor stadium rules:
- Please remain seated during the processional and recessional to allow for clear views of our graduates.
- Large signs are permitted but should be used considerately and briefly only during the announcement of your graduate to avoid obstructing the sightlines of those around you.
- Celebratory noisemakers are allowed but should be used respectfully and sparingly only during the announcement of your graduate so as not to disrupt the experience for others.
- No Umbrellas.
- No Confetti or Glitter.
- No Balloons.
- No Food or Drink. Free bottled water will be provided.
Your cooperation in maintaining a dignified and celebratory atmosphere is greatly appreciated. We can't wait to share this special milestone with you!

Inclement Weather
If inclement weather threatens the safety and conditions of hosting graduation outdoors, communications through ParentSquare will be provided to students and their parents outlining indoor contingency plans.
In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the High School Competition Gym with overflow seating and livestream viewing in the auditorium and cafeteria.
Decisions will be made based on guidance from local meteorologists, Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office, and district leadership team.

We want you to cherish every precious moment of this milestone! Please note that during the graduation ceremony, each student will have their official graduate portrait professionally captured on the field by Tyler Pearl Media.
